This was an amazing experience, it gave me the opportunity to live abroad, be responsible for myself and to work for a renowned international organisation.  I was part of a team working in the Styling Department.  I was responsible for preparing rails of clothing for the weekly e-commerce shoots and organising all the relevant products on set. This was a high-volume department with each set shooting in excess of 60 looks per day.  

 

I enjoyed the challenge of this fast pace environment.  It was very important to be highly organised and always a few steps ahead! I assisted the stylists with general set duties, such as steaming and cutting, managing and organising the incoming and outgoing goods. On occasions I also worked with production and stills teams preparing their rails and products when needed.

 

Throughout the six-months on occasion I was given the opportunity to style some of the outfits, which I really enjoyed and my ideas were well received.
